About Gartner and its opinions about MS Smartphone
Gartner are generally quite keen to be seen to show due dilligence and not
just go with the market leader, and in a lot cases that gives them the
appearance of being anti-Microsoft. And since he says that Microsoft does
not have a corporate smartphone today, it will do in a year, that's not
exactly saying what Bill, Michael and your mystery man would want.
Gartner are the analyst house listened to by the greatest number corporate
customers. This specific analyst beleives that Microsoft will produce a
product to please corporates, and if symbian do not pay attention to what
corporates want, then they will lose in that market. Neither of these
statement seem especially radical to me.
