About caller ID and why it doesn't appear sometimes
The Smartphone will do its best to look up the number as quickly as
possible, but we'd rather err on the side of letting you know the phone is
ringing rather than waiting until we have a name match. This means that on
occasion you'll see the number first, or if the phone is exceptionally busy
running other apps the name match may never happen before you answer the
call.
