About .Net Compact Framework support in Smartphone 2002
We are currently working on .Net Compact Framework support (and Visual
Studio .Net) for the Smartphone platform. We have no plans to support
..NetCF/VS.Net for Smartphone 2002, but are certainly working hard on
ensuring future versions of the tools, platform, and devices are
well-integrated. As you know, we (usually) do not release specifics on
upcoming versions/plans, but I can tell you that we strongly value this set
of technologies and are looking to make significant investments in this
area.
