About "Sounds" directory for ringtones in Smartphone 2002
By default the Sounds directory does not exist. You have to create the dir
under \IPSM\Application Data manually. Place your ring tones in their and
they will remain when the phone is soft reset. Only data under \IPSM remains
after a soft reset. The default ringtones supplied with the phone are what
you see in \Windows.
