About browsing files in Smartphone in ActiveSync not showing anything
This happens sometimes when old desktop explorer windows are left open and
the Smartphone is disconnected, then reconnected to the desktop. Make sure
you close any ActiveSync explorer windows on the desktop before docking the
phone.
