About lame excuse why incoming phonecall interrupts MSN messenger for ever

We canīt set your status to busy as that would require simultaneous voice and data connections, which isnīt supported by any GPRS network that we know of. Messenger clients must be connected to the messenger server to report status, and the phone loses itīs network connection when the phone call picks up.

You can try going into the Messenger options on the device and then turn on the "Sign in when a connection is available option", and if your operator has enabled always-on GPRS on your device I think itīll sign you back in when the GPRS connection comes back up after the call. Itīs worth a shot!
