Orange SPV - disassembled + instruction how to open this Microsoft Smarpthone

Pic1: SPV partially opened. (To open press the two pins on lower right and lift of the cover. You will need heavy pressure to do this)

Pic 2: The back of the cover completely removed (There are no screws or wires. You can take it of easily)

Pic3: After removing a screw on top left of pcb you can remove front cover.

Pic4: The display is "clicked" to pcb with 3 simple clamps. Simply pull it to get to it´s connector.

Pull the silver metal of the connector in direction against display wires.

Then you can pull out the display cable.

Pic5: You can remove the metal covers on PCB with a small screwdriver (There is no glue or soldering).

Pic6: You can see 11 pad´s on top of pcb. Maybe this is the JTAG port... Some other HTC devices uses a similiar connector (e.g. Ipaq)
