MDC Europe 2004 is integrated into Tech*Ed 2004 conference. In other words: there is no separate MDC Europe 2004 conference but it is just a part of the big Tech*Ed conference.

MDC Europe 2004 constists of:

sessions - kind of lectures - about Windows Mobile - where presenter gives a speech and then answers questions
Hands-on labs - for example related to software development, where you can try to go through all steps of development yourself
exhibition - where some companies (like Orange, Motorola, etc) related to Windows Mobile are showing their products of services
