(New) About why GPRS stays on with Motorola MPx200 with WM2003 update

Windows Mobile 2003 has "always-on" GPRS. What you´re seeing is normal, and you shouldn´t really worry about it. Your GPRS plan is likely per byte or flat rate, and you won´t be using any extra GPRS by having it sitting there ready for you to browse/get mail/whatever.
