Read msmobiles.com because nobody else gives you the whole story !

Other websites and news sources give you only a part of the story:

We, at msmobiles.com, give you however the whole story:

The worst thing in life is to know only a part of a truth. If you donīt know whole truth, if you donīt have full image of the situation then you canīt make informed decision. And decision that is not "informed" in most cases is a bad decision.

The msmobiles.com is worth reading regularly because nobody else gives you the whole story!

msmobiles.com (called later "MS Mobiles" for convenience) is devoted mainly to cellphones powered by Microsoft software: Microsoft Smartphone, Pocket PC Phone Edition, and cellphones powered by naked Windows CE operating system. However apart from that it has also section "Cellluar News" that covers all stories from cellphone industry. Why MS Mobiles is unique and why do we claim that "nobody else gives you the whole story"? Here are the reasons:
  1. MS Mobiles is affiliated neither with Microsoft nor with any other companies involved in cellphone industry. Thus MS Mobiles is independent. Thatīs why it can cover stories in full without the need to keep mum about some uncomfortable parts of the story. Many other websites are either run by Microsoft MVPs (Most Valued Professional-s) or by people involved with some companies (i.e. with some software or hardware vendors) and obviously such websites canīt cover all stories.

  2. Contrary to several other websites MS Mobiles is publishing links to the source of stories or to the webpages related to mentioned content at the website of appropriate company. Several other websites (example: infoSyncWorld) are publishing only dry information without any reference (i.e. without any links) to the page at the website of the company that is making given software/hardware product or is offering given service. If you read MS Mobiles you donīt have to lose time on searching the information with help of search engines, but you get the related links right away in the news item!

  3. MS Mobiles stays always focused on its main topic: Microsoft powered cellphones. Mainly from Microsoft. Mainly cellphones. Other websites tend to cover all possible topics and thus canīt cover in depth Microsoft powered cellphones. Of course MS Mobiles offers also general news sections - "Cellular News" - but it is marginal section, not the main one and also in this section information is presented (when possible) in context of Microsoft powered cellphones.

  4. MS Mobiles staff is going to conferences and trade shows, is accredited at them as "PRESS" and is bringing original photos and original material (like interviews with cellphone industry leaders - examples of such interviews: people from Microsoft, vice president of Motorola for Microsoft cellphones, CEO of Mitac, vice president of Motrocity [company that owns PocketGear.com and Smartphone.net], etc.). Examples of conferences or trade shows in which MS Mobiles staff was participating: CeBIT in Hannover, Germany [the biggest in the world trade show related to Information Technology and Communications], 3GSM Congress in Cannes, France [the biggest in the world conference and trade show about cellphones and cellphone industry], ITU in Geneva, Switzerland [the biggest in the world conference about general telecommunications], TechEd in various places [the biggest Microsoft organized conference for developers].

  5. in interviews of hardware and software MS Mobiles uses original photos and screenshots made by MS Mobiles staff and not just images taken from websites of vendors or oprators. Example of a website that uses in reviews photos only taken from websites of companies is InfoSyncWorld.

  6. MS Mobiles uses software robots, that - contrary to search engines - are going to places in cyberspace that are not linked from anywhere. These software robots are trying possibilities and searching for information that may, or may not, be crawled later by search engines but they find this information now - before it is found by crawling robots of search engines. These software robots boldly go where no robot has gone before.

  7. MS Mobiles features also "msmobiles.com Podcast" which essentially consists of MP3 files with audio recording and possibility to subscribe to them with iPodder software. These Podcasts are an additional channel of providing information to readers (and listeners) and apart from monologing about latest news stories (so that you can listen to news, with no need to read them) include also interviews with many people from various corporations and from Windows Mobile community. Since natural (i.e. not computer generated) human voice includes much more information than just text, listening to Podcasts allows people to get even better insight into latest news stories and into opinions of the people interviewed in the podcasts. Examples of people interviewed in msmobiles.com Podcasts: people from Microsoft, boss and creator of Pocket PC Magazine, people responsible for AvantGo software at Sybase, etc. Contrary to other Podcasts, that are being distributed by P2P Bittorent technology, msmobiles.com Podcasts are distributed directly from our terabyte-class server and thus can be listened to anywhere anytime. Anyway: ability to listen to news and stories in audio is useful in situation where there is no time or place for reading stuff, for example when commuting to work.

  8. Contrary to most websites, MS Mobiles has a full AvantGo channel what means that people can read latest news also offline. This is full channel what means that is not just a custom made AvantGo channel that limitations on size and on a number of subscribes but a regular full channel that has no limitations at all! This channel has been designed and developed in cooperation with people from Sybase/AvantGo and is optimized for viewing in mobile devices that support AvantGo client: Palm OS, Symbian, Pocket PC, etc.

  9. MS Mobiles has several RSS/XML news feeds, specifically apart from regular RSS feed it has also mobile RSS feed which provides possibility to link to mobile versions of pages, so that you can subscribe to it in an RSS Newsreader for Pocket PC or other mobile device and upon selection of the story from RSS feed then mobile page opens, not the regular one for desktop feeds.

  10. MS Mobiles features mobile version available at an easy to remember URL than you can directly enter in your device: http://mobile.msmobiles.com - it contains news and catalog of information and various tools like mobile posting to newsgroups, checkig IP address, checking current time in various time zones, etc. Optionally you can also browse in your mobile device a version prepared for AvantGo: http://avantgo.msmobiles.com. Mobile version of MS Mobiles forum is now under construction and will be available shortly.

  11. In cooperation with Mobipocket MS Mobiles offers also Mobipocket eNews channel. If you have Mobipocket software installed in your PC then just click here and then special file will be downloaded from a Mobipocket server and you can read then MS Mobiles as eNews channel inside of your Mobipocket Reader software in your mobile device!
