Why would you like to buy HTC Wizard at Expansys for 640 Euro if you can get it for 459 Euro at T-Mobile? Cheap, cheaper, T-Mobile MDA Vario cheap! T-Mobile MDA Vario is just a regular HTC Wizard but branded by T-Mo...

Will the German version of the T-mobile Wizard be locked to a T-Mobile sim-card like in the Netherlands? Is it possible to buy the german version and get an English windows mobile witouth extra cost?

| in my opinion this is the best device windows mobile device on the market. Though with only a 200 mhz processor it struggles to run skype. The Jasjar is way too big for my use. If only this had the Jasjars processor. damn. The other big bonus from buying from T-mobile is they actually support EDGE unlike orange, o2 etc. |

yes, it will be locked but you can buy unlocked version from the handit.de for example (they have handit.com website too in English)
as far as changing German to English is concerned: it requires installation of English ROM and I don't know whether the procedure is mastered already - please check http://www.xda-developers.com - whether they mastered it already. I know that they mastered it for HTC Magician, but I am not sure whether for HTC Wizard - it is very new phone yet... |

Screen is a bit low res, I mean there's a Nokia smartphone with a higher resolution screen!
The imate forum has a posting with problems from a user, might be a bit buggy. |
