I would have been a die-hard CoPilot Live 5 user if they only had more updated maps.
I live in a townhouse complex in New Jersey that has been there for almost 10 years, and my in-laws down the street in a complex that's been there for over 15 years. Neither one showed up on the map, not even the entering street to the complexes.
Funny for a New Jersey based company to foul up on their own home state. _________________ Bubble Buster Advanced

Apparently maps of Seattle/Redmond area for CoPilot must be good if Microsoft offers CoPilot for its own employees on Windows Mobile internal portal, as you can see here:

| I live in So. California, and have used CoPilot for two years, sadly, I too have found well established addresses not in the database. And, I am talking about homes that are inside the city limits and at least 10 years old. That is insufferable for any company producing Navigation products. The design of their UI is rather secondary to just finding an address. |

Well, I personally use TomTom (previously I used Mapopolis) but I don't know how good maps TomTom has for USA - it is created in Europe (Netherlands).... |

When I started using Pocket CoPilot (back in the 2.0 days in late 2001/early 2002), my house wasn't there even though I'd been living in it for over six years. However, I drove around my neighborhood (and the surrounding ones), listed the addresses on a printout from MapQuest (or maybe Streets & Trips), then sent the GPS tracks and annotated map to ALK. My updates were in the next version.
I have also sent GPS tracks to my brother's house in the middle of Arizona to them and that showed up the next year, too. So ALK is very good about updating their maps based on user input.
Too bad they haven't released CoPilot Live 6 in the U.S. yet.
