To me this is a clear proof that Nokia makes solid communicators. If a phone that is sitting at the top of its species and is just entering the market can only manage a marginal win over a two year old phone, then i wonder...

True, the current communicators are ancient. They have had a 640 pixel wide screen for years. I owned the Nokia 9210 and that was 640x200 (it's a letterbox shaped screen) and that was in 2002. HTC Wizard is still 320x240 which is dumb, all Windows PocketPCs should be 640x480 by now.

the new htc wizards are nice and with the community of windows mobile 5 hackers out there it makes doing wicked stuff to the MDA / 8125 aka, aka... a pretty sweet device. it would certainly be nice to have 640x480 - imagine a tri-fold? there are some hacks at http://www.mdahacks.com
