This is my break down:

M600
Size: 111.7 x 60.7x 22
Weight: 165g
Pros: SDIO, 400MHz CPU, stand, A2DP BT profile.
Cons: Size, Wifi B.

Prophet
Size: 108 x 58 x 18.1
Weight: 148g
Pros: SDIO, BT 2.0, Wifi G, superior camera
Cons: 200MHz CPU, no A2DP BT profile

Atom
Size: 102 x 58 x 18.5
Weight: 140g
Pros: Size, 416MHz CPU, FM radio, A2DP Profile
Cons: miniSD, Wifi B

These are the main features of the devices which matter to me. Size and weight are obvious, A2DP for wireless headphones, expansion slot, Wifi speed (in order to keep the rest of my network at G speeds) and CPU speed for movie and MP3 playback.

As far as I'm concered the Atom is still the winner for me. The M600 is too big and the Prophet is useless with a 200MHz processor and no A2DP profile at the time of launch.

200mhz processor is a joke. 416 is slow enough...

the 200MHz is a Dual Core processor...so you could compare it with a 400MHz processor...it has better power and process management...

btw, the Bluetooth A2DP BT profile as a cons is not very fair, since it the support for A2DP BT profile will come as an update...

the FM radio of the Atom could be nice

the M600 is to ugly and to big...if it would have a keyboard like the wizard, then I could accept a bigger size, but it hasn't

build-in keyboard is very usefull I think
