Obviously Verizon Wireless has already some hype going about the Treo Pocket PC phone powered by Windows Mobile...
While by now representatives of Palm and Verizon were rejecting any requests to reveal model name...

| Nice find. I put in my zip code, but it is NOT listed as one of the phones you can get right now. Its just their way of getting you in. So if its coming soon, then maybe January or sooner is right on the mark. |

Well it's been said from the first announcement that it will be out VERY EARLY 1st Quarter, so I'm definitely thinking January. I'm still wondering why in the world Verizon would want to be the absolute last carrier on the planet releasing a device featuring WM 5.0. That's of course assuming they don't release the XV6700 first, but that's looking fairly unlikely.
As for the 700w, I'm not interested whatsoever. I'm going to keep twiddling my thumbs until the XV6700 comes out. That is, whenever Verizon gets their act together. |

| My initial thoughts on this was they may have held out for the push email feature to be released so they could put in in the phone out of the box, but that doesn't seem likely now. |
