The Treo 700w is called a Palm Treo 700w smartphone, but the manual posted shows that it comes with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Mobile.

I thought that the Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone did not contain those apps, so what is different between a smartphone and a phone enabled Pocket PC?
