Actually, there are plenty of Windows Mobile phones that support 3G -- if you count EV-DO. Maybe it makes sense that a British magazine only counts GSM systems, though.

By the way, how did this magazine select the award winners? Did they allow a vote of the people, did the editors select them or did they choose a panel to select them? I recall you criticzing the Pocket PC Magazine awards for not using a popular vote, and saw no such criticism here, so I assume these awards were all given based on an open vote.
