Previously we have written that Woize is a SIP based VoIP (Voice over IP) application for Windows Mobile. We have just got however information from Helena Radeson from Woize, that our assumption was wrong:

Here is a tip in journalism, don't make assumptions; instead do some research/investigation and report the facts.

Don't be so vile, SnozBerries! Woize's website states that it is SIP compatible and it doesn't provide information that this compatibility is on the side of server and not the side of client. Usually where some company writes that given VoIP program is SIP compatible it means: on the client side. Do you get it? Original statement that Woize is SIP compatible was CORRECT however it was not complete and thus not quite correct...

Can it receive calls when behind a NAT router? Thats why Skype is winning over SIP. SIP needs a port forward which you cant do on a hotspot. And there can only be one SIP client per router.

OK, I am sorry. However please note that I did research - but just information on the website of the vendor was not enough.
