It's incorrect to say that Qtek got poor support, compared to I-mate, and that it's 17 year old people running it....
In Norway we have our own support team, with engineers, who only work with Qtek phones. And it is in Norwegian. I-Mate can't provide the same level of support here.
All the phones are also customized for the Norwegian marcet. _________________ Alexander Dreyer Johnsen

OK, maybe in Scandinavia Qtek offers better support than i-mate, but note that in most countries it is the other way around... |

well, he laughed out my ETEN M600 too - although I am very satisified with this device.
Glofi: arrogant or not the facts speak for themselves: i-mate is outselling Qtek and as Jim said: i-mate doesn't see Qtek as competitor but as partner. |

| i-mate is pure marketing. In certain countries i-Mate is loosing its position, for example in Russia. i-Mate can't introduce localized devices in time, for example Russian versions of Qtek branded devices appeared on the Russian market 3 months earlier then i-Mate. |
