I believe VIPN is a reseller for Axia much like i-mate is to HTC.

www.myaxia.com is a Malaysian-based ODM for these devices and shows the Axia 308 with full specs.

For this form-factor, it's pretty reasonable. You might need a stylus as sharp as a pin in order to tap around the 2.2" LCD screen... Wink
