Well, as most of my users/clients are clamoring for the push email feature and security features, I see this as positive news.
Does anyone know if this ROM update would work on US based T-Mobile MDA, or US based Cingular 8125's, which are based on the same HTC Wizard unit as iMate's K-Jam?

yes, I think so, however please go here:
http://xda-developers.com
to find information about ROM upgrades and tweaks - there you can also get help if something goes wrong during upgrade, etc.

http://msmobiles.com is more directed at end users of Windows Mobile phones while http://xda-developers.com is directed at people who like to play with various ROM images, and put tweaks into their ROMs
