He he, it's a -Windows- mobile, that's what it's -meant- to do!
(And that was a jest, I know it's usually third party software that causes it to lock up - at least that's what happens to my Wizard.) |

yes, usually disabling this 3rd party software prevents from further lock-up-s... |

| Maybe he's got standards and expects a device to work smoothly and not require you to be a techie to use? (although you still need registry tweaks for some things, ie app unlock). |
