MHz don't tell anything about the CPU speed. You are comparing TI 200MHz to Samsung 300Mhz. How do you know what the real difference in speed is? For example, in PC 2GHz AMD Athlon is faster than 2.8GHz Intel P4...
I don't say that the CPU is not faster than TI - in 3G phone it must be faster - but you just cannot say that by comparing the clock frequency! |

well, in case of mobile processors (for mobile devices) frequency is a good estimate of speed and since I use Samsung processors and I know that they are faster - having the same frequency in MHz - than processors from Intel and from TI/Texas Instruments, then it is crystal clear that this processor with 300 MHz will be faster than 200 MHz from TI. I know it all from experience, no theory here. |

Yes I know that too, but have you ever thought that maybe all your readers don't know what you know? Your text says it's the MHz. Maybe you think your readers are mind readers A quality journalism indeed You are too eager to boast the ultimate Windows-Mobile-better-than-Symbian phone to think how you say things. I've seen that before. |

No, but every text is a simplification. Anyway thank you for commenting - that gives opportunity to explain things further. |

looks really nice! It looks fairly thin too, which is good. I wish it wasn't wider/taller than the SMT5600/Typhoon though. Now that I've had a Typhoon I compare all phone sizes to this one because the size is really nice/small and yet very usable and the screen size is awesome (I don't want any smaller of a screen). _________________ ---yoos |

no quad-band and probably no American UMTS standard! so it is rather not for USA = not for you, yoos - rather for Europe... |

Sorry to disappoint you, but it is not a standard USB port. It has the same one as the Hermes. It can also be used to connect a headset. It says in the review that it is a standard USB port, except for the shape. As you can see it is definately not trapezium shaped as a normal mini USB connector. Thus it is not making use of the "industry standard".
It is very clear here, compare the phone with the Prophet at the bottom.
