they claim that their higher prices (higher than qtek etc) are justified by ADDITIONAL support that they provide...

of course some customers may feel differently.

In looking at JM's photo, he probably has to talk that far from his phone too, in order to avoid facial oils from hitting the screen.

Perhaps if he created an initiative to increase Bluetooth reception on the branded HTC phones, he'd be using a headset instead. My V710 has better reception than the average HTC/i-mate phone. Rolling Eyes

I'm sure JM is more concerned with just discovering his Chief Technology Officer, Cristiano Pierry, forging expense reports and embezzling up to $200,000 USD over the last year. Cristiano has been sacked as i-mate's CTO and criminal charges are being brought.
