What a hypocrisy! On one hand Visto sues Microsoft for patent violation and on the other hand offers push email solution for Windows Mobile phones...

Agreed - it's actually kind of ingenious. Devilish perhaps - maybe even sinister, but the last thing I'd call it is hypocritical. If nothing else, it's proof Visto is more than a patent mill.
