It may be just another vaporware, that is being announced but never released... but if this would be real, then it would mean, that major competitive advantage of Windows Mobile phones - availabilty of .NET Compact ...

rather it would mean that Embedded .NET can at least compete with Embedded Java and be cross platform, instead of being cross Windows (but still, as it will probably never be officially supported or endorsed by Microsoft, relying on it would be quite hazardous ...)

Kevin, are there any plans to port DirectX Mobile API's too? this would enable high end graphics on the many excellent symbian-based devices with GPU's. Also, any plans to include UIQ3?

thank you for information but I still believe that it is vaporware and I will believe once I will see it released! Not before.
