These images are computer generated but they look more realistically than some other computer renderings. Anyway: here comes small Pocket PC phone without QWERTY keyboard but with built-in GPS!

"but still HTC fails to deliver in the category that is in big demand these days: phones with QWERTY keyboard for single handed usage!"

this is JUST YOUR OWN OPINION!; "big demand these days: phone with QWERTY keyboard" Do we have a choice?? Is there pocketpcPhone WITHOUT qwerty keyboard on the market right now? I use my pdaPhone mostly for phone calls, internets, and emails. We already have a popup keyboard, a qwerty keyboard is just making the pdaPhone thicker and heavier!

HTC Magician, HTC Prophet, O2 XDA Atom (Exec), iDo S600, Gigabyte g-Smart i - most PDA phones are without any type of keyboard. Take a pick!

so which of these supports EVDO or 850/1900 UMTS? 3G data is a must for me.

No one. Most of these devices are made for the Asia-Pacific where 3G seemingly isn't that important.

Most of these devices are made in Asia mainly for the European and North American markets! All the carriers want 3G devices but it's difficult for the manufacturers to make keeping the form factor small, the platform stable, the battery life long, etc. Also remember that the coverage of 3G networks is still not ideal.
