|
|
Since North East Asian language support for multilingual input is critical for SMS, e-mail messages in Northeast Asia, Motorola is targeting this device for Americas and European usage. However, I think a Wireless PDA or a hybrid Smart Phone (that accepts handwritten Asian character recognition) would be more logical of a devcie for business, since to input Chinese, Korean and Japanese in a more free flowing style, it is best to have touch screen functionally, even for enterprise users in these countries. I've tried inputing Chinese characters on a handset in China and it's takes time. If Motorola could only convince Microsoft to develop their English version Smart Phone OS for hybrid devices supporting Asian language character input, that would make my day and I'd purchase a Q as would any other multilingual computering (Mandarin Chinese speaking) global business executive.
