TomTom has very strong position in GPS navigation software market in Europe - in some countries like UK it is even number one - but it was not so widely known in USA, but this deal with Palm may change it...

If you were to put just a miniscule amout of effort into your reporting you would realize just how stupid your post sounds. Let me help you do your job. Go here. Read the article. Tom Tom's overall 27% market share in the US competes very well with Garmin (#1) and Magellan (#3 after - umm - Tom Tom). You sound less ignorant when you leave your personal (and usually incorrect) commentary out of your posts. |

Wow - even when I link you to an article you don't read it. Growth from <10% of the market to nearly 30% (and just behind the #1 Garmin) in the past 2 years means "not widely known?" You don't get to the USA very often do you?  |

| To be fair, TT is not well known in PDA navigation field. The fast growning TT market in USA is for the all-in-one devices. |
