| Not all of this information about the software update in general is true about the Q update in particular. I don't think they're offering the Q update in Verizon stores. |

Yes. Software updates can be obtained locally. However, Motorola Software Update offers the convenience of updating your software from your own home or office. |

I think that this software update includes some more information that is future-oriented ... and not true now. I will research this issue yet. Thank you very much for noticing it! |

| Glad to help. I'm not sure if it's about the future, or that Motorola is able to use Software Update differently for other phone models, and the Q is kind of a special case. |
