And Blackberry devices have touch screen, right? I have noticed that a touch screen is used when the user interface is so poorly designed that it cannot be used with keypad only. Who really wants to use a phone with a pen?
Besides, non-touch screen displays are more readable and reflect less because they don't have the soft touch layer on top of the display. And it does not take long for the touch screen display to be full of scratches. |

tapani, for small devices like PDAs and smartphones, the size of keyboard is very small and it takes very long time to write anything (when I try to use my fingers to press keys, I end up hitting multiple keys at the same time). I would prefer a touch screen where I can click of alphabets much faster than type them and also I can write (sometimes it takes some learning curve).
But then again it all about what you prefer, isn't it:)
