i-mate has no choice - it must succeed... now that no longer it will be just re-seller of HTC devices. |

Strong words when what happended was that just one partnership ended. If i-mate cannot make its own phones then what's the purpose of its existence? I don't care what the brand in my phone is and who is selling it as long as there is a place, which sells the phones.
And as we see now, there are more different Windows Mobile phones available than ever. So it was a really good thing for HTC to do to end the partnership with i-mate.

Are you alleging that the term of their contract had ended? Alleging that i-mate didn't uphold their commitments within their contract? A premature and immediate severing of such an agreement is a serious blow to i-mate (or any company) under these circumstances. Please illustrate. |
