Japanese company has released Voice over IP (VoIP) software that works with both Windows Mobile platforms : Pocket PC and MS Smartphone.

Tried it on my Palm Treo 750v but even though it satisfies the 200Mhz proc requirement there is a lag of 1 second which doesn't make your conversation very interactive... hope they can fix that before final release.
