I also have problem to get this application to work, Iīve tried to install it on a PDA and a SP (5.0) and I get the same fault in both devices.
The application is successfully installed but when I try to run the program I get this message: "This application (ExpertContacts.exe) requires a newer version of the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device."
I then tied to install .NET Compact Framework 2 but get the message:
Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the control panel.
However I donīt have anything to Remove in Remove Programs. Any idea? |

This is not a problem with Export Contacts, but problem with .NET CF2.
It seems that have already tried to install it and installation was unsuccessfull or you uninstalled it and something gone wrong.
The only solution I can suggest - hard reset. Or you'll never be able to run software developed for .NET CF2  |

I did the hardreset but I still get the same message when I try to install .NET CF2:

| Great program. I download a tool called iMobileTool Contacts Backup. It helps me to backup contacts from windows mobile phone to computer directly. I can also edit the contacts on computer then restore to mobile phone. It works well for me too. |
