| Nice, 8gb hard disk seems like a bit of a pointless battery drain though. You can get 8GB memory cards. |

I reckon that price is important issue - that is why new Nokia smartphone has 8GB hard disk and not flash memory... |

But this is a high end product, 8GB SD's are about £59-69. With a phone like this you wouldn't need it in such a compact package.
Of course you have the issue of flash lifespan, but then you also have the issue of hard disk lifespan too. Plus shock and vibration. |

Interesting device - might replace a laptop for short periods of time (quick trip and such). It looks like a "tweener" for folks who need more than a PPC phone, but not all the power of an OQO. _________________ good titles are misleading!
