This rumour is unconfirmed and may be just another fake, but the problem is that Microsoft is not offering access to Zune Marketplace form Windows Mobile phones and if Zune Phone will be released then manufacturers ...

But it might be just a dumbphone with media playback built it?

Unless they plan on adding DRM and restrictions to Windows Mobile (the day they do that I'll find an alternate phone platform like OpenMoko).
