| Kaiser, Omni? All fakes! You get only what you see. Generally: HTC Athena and HTC Vox + revamped HTC Artemis + some HTC accessories. Nothing more. |

I hate to go off topic here, but msmobiles hasn't published an article yet adressing the imate devices. If you could please check on the imate devices, and perhaps see if any of the models include USB-on the go, if the notebook-form-factor one has an external display, or if it's display rotates?
EDIT: Oops, seems I posted this just as msmobiles was publishing the imate story.. forget this post, Ill copy it to the right discussion |

I-Mate with their Ultimate series have outclassed HTC. They (HTC) must be regretting why they abandoned i-mate and have now created a mighty strong competitor for themselves.
No Universal replacement from HTC is really regrettable. Perhaps they have become too complacent churning device after device on the Hermes form factor. So competition will always be good for us, the consumer

Anyone know who's making the Ultimates? Which Asian ODM?
By the way, most of imate's sales are in the Middle East, not Europe, plus mostly into distributor channel not carriers, so limited impact on HTC methinks unless imate can sign European carriers. |
