Since Microsoft releases new pocket Internet Explorer (PIE) usually only together with new version of Windows Mobile so end users must wait 2-3 years to get improved PIE, therefore alternative browsers like Opera ar...

7 - i.e. quite old one, now the latest version for desktops is 9

no, unfortunately YouTube requires newer version of Flash player
