The truth is simple: no Windows Mobile powered phone made by Asus is supporting HSDPA - contrary to what certain sources are claiming!
Even Asus M530w doesn't have HSDPA:

eten m800 hasn't all the things. It hasn't usb host (not client).
¿why?. |

probably because they didn't consider it as vital feature. Toshiba G900 has USB host for example but then you have no GPS... |
