Mobile TV over Internet comes to Pocket PC! Channels available include CNN, BBC, Sky News, Deutsche Welle, NBC, MTV, Ministry of Sound, Baseball Channel, Eurosport, Sportbox and Weather Channel.

How are they able to broadcast these channels without some sort of monthly fee (in addition to the software fee) to offset their (presumed) licensing fees?

I don't know but it will be reviewed soon at msmobiles.com so stay tuned for details...

Do not buy it.

Most of these channels (I think even all of them) are available for free any way. Just search it on Google.
