Umm, there's Skype for S60...
It might not be generally available yet, but it still exists. You might want to be more careful with your wording so you can avoid basically lying. |

no, it is 3rd party software and service in one - that delivers skype experience to S60 and it is available only at one operator among several hundreds in the world, and not widely available for everybody so indeed there is no skype for S60 - as in "available for download for everybody". |

I think you're confusing the S60 Skype client that's available on Three with Fring. Three have the actual produced-by-Skype Skype client. There's no technical barrier preventing Skype on S60, it's just that Three paid to get it exclusively.
Fring is the 3rd party software/service - but it's available to download for everyone.
I've brought this up before, so it's not like you can claim ignorance. Once more it's MSMobiles website not telling the 'whole truth' because it suits a petty agenda. If Windows Mobile can't stand on its own merits, why bother? |
