Apart from logo update, where old "designed for Windows Mobile" logo (valid yet for Windows Mobile 5.0):

The old logo is not valid for WM5 because there is a separate Designed for Windows Mobile 5.0 logo and requirements. WM6 logo has still some more requirements.
