2. Copy \Devices\wce400\\cerdisp2.exe to the \windows
folder of the device.

default location for the \Devices directory on my system is on the desktop machine at

C:\Program Files\Windows Mobile Developer Power Toys\ActiveSync_Remote_Display\devices
