Yes.

The inner technology junkie in me was in prime form yesterday when at 6:00PM eastern standard time, when the normal Tadd would have been enjoying a Friday evening off, I found myself instead tapping my arm f...

Agreed that the text entry using the touch screen sucks. However, it must be understood that there are millions of Mac die-heart fans out there who would just buy whatever that is Apple. And then there are many more who just blindly follow the crowd.

Also, to any one reading this. This is a forum for Microsoft window mobile so there is a bias against apple a competition of Microsoft.

I bet if bill gates comes out with a zune phone with a touch screen keyboard the people in this forum will say it is good.

So if you want to know whether the on screen is good, the only way is to try it out with the actual product.

So if someone who doesn't have English as their primary language will have a real hard time trying to type a message on this device, say if they were to text a friend and they wanted to type in their native language.

i don't believe it said anywhere in this guy's article that he actually used it.

i like the idea of all screen and no keys. i haven't had a chance to try one out, but i can't imagine the iphone keyboard is any worse than my blackjack. i stumble over the keys all the time.

I hear from people I know who use it that it is fast. My biggest knock on ms mobile phones is how slow they are. My jasjar often misses calls after I hit the talk button for example.

Watch the videos for the iPhone, they use the forefinger to type.

The big mistake people are making is using their thumbs, a thumb is just too big for the keyboard. Try a smaller finger.
