It's very nice -- a generous 30-day trial, but you'll be getting the credit card out after 30 minutes. $40 is a bit steep for a Smartphone app though.
I got Quicken Deluxe 2007 on sale at Office Depot, and with a rebate it wound up costing around $20. No chance of a rebate, or a better price with Pocket Quicken.
Been using it for a day, rock solid -- one of those apps that just works.
Doesn't do investments, just displays the balances -- no share price updates, or even what the share prices are.
Regular transactions entered on the device can be edited until they sync. Sync'd entries can only be modified or deleted in desktop Quicken -- must be to minimize sync issues?
Wish the font was larger.
All-in-all, a great product, but overpriced. |
