HTC Cavalier - 3G version of HTC Excalibur - still is not on sale in USA and Europe, and the reason may lie in production issues...

| I received my Dopod C730 last week and have no such problem; my battery cover fits perfectly. |

I second that. We have Cavalier since January 2007 ( Pre-Prod) and also retail DOPOD C730. None of them have any issues with battery cover at all. And this phone is fantastic...

Good to hear that it is one-off issue! I have updated the news item appropriately and at least now users can be careful when purchasing this phone. |

Hi everyone,
I have a three week old Dopod C730 and I don't have a problem with the back cover. The only problem I'm having is battery life. I'm using it with T-mobile USA and don't have 3G service, so if anyone has ideas on how to improve battery life, please let me know.
