Please revise your statements. As a registered Dopod user I just finished downloading the WWE version of the WM6.0 upgrade. The file is called 838Pro_SEA_ENG_WM6_Upgrade_20070712.zip and is available for HTC/Dopod registered users at HTC Asia's web site. Though I have yet to install the upgrade, judging by the ENG in the file name I trust this to be the WWE version!

Downloadd and installed WM6.0 from HTC. Its for DOPOD 838Pro Only. Tried to install it on a HTC TyTN and it didn't work. Still waiting for support to reply why this happened as Dopod is just one of HTC's brands. There should not be any restriction! Aside of being faster than WM5.0 and taking all the advantages of WM6.0 over 5.0, it even uses less memory! Make the update if you can! Register first at www.htc.com!
