You mean QVGA?
You are handling 300% more pixels when using VGA compared to QVGA.
76800 vs 307200.
This slows down the device and uses more memory. You need a high end ARM chip. When Toshiba did a VGA PDA they used an ATI video chip. |

I've had a HTC Universal - with VGA screen - for almost 2 years now. And while it might be just slightly slower than other devices I can tell you I'll never buy a device with a smaller screen. Using my device for remote access to my server is a must for me! |

During a video review of Kaiser at the Expansys site earlier, I spotted the TouchFLO icon when the reviewer was tabbing through the Systems screen. He didn't mentioned anything about TouchFLO but I was suspious that maybe Kaiser would have TouchFLO. So the rumour hopefully is true.
As for the others comment on VGA, doesn't bother me. I am very happy with the TyTN QVGA screen so far. And for the weight, I wear my TyTN on the leather pouch which I clipped onto my belt, so the weight is not a concern to me either. Rather I really like the compactness of this phone. |

Everything but FM radio. I'm dying to put this thing and the Glofish 800 side-by-side. One of them will most likely be my next device. _________________ -Lee |
