It works both: in Windows Mobile phones with HTC TouchFLO technology (like HTC Touch):

... and in usual Windows Mobile phones with touch-screen:

Amazingly it works exactly the same as in Apple iPhone:

very nice keyboard, with skins to that can be changed and customisations possible. And after installing you can of course still chose to use any other input method (while iphone only has one input method choice)

i hope it will stay free (since now there is still a time limit).

multitouch still not available for windows mobile pocket pc devices...and it seems like this great feature will not be available soon yet.

auto rotating of screen orientation is also not yet available on pocketpc's while it is on the iPhone.

a decent music player with album covers support like the one in the iphone is also still missing for pocket pc's , but I'm sure that will come soon...

Does anyone have the app on his harddisk and would like to help a desperate Touch-user and share? Many thanks !!!

Tried it and find this a fantastic tool. So as somebody said. one more point shed by the iphone.

Now don't blast me for this but I sincerely think that the developers should put a small and reasonable price to this and not just give it away free. I am saying this as we all have to earn our livings. If the developers make this a commercial venture they will have more interest to continue improving this program and keep on developing similar wonderful programs. For us it will be a small contribution to make the PPC world a dominant player.

Regards

srmz, you are 100%, they just not just accept donations (because unfortunately NOBODY will donate).

This is great stuff (and their Contacts replacement owns even more!)

Picsel Browser for Windows Mobile offers exactly the same features as Safari - with overview of whole regular website and narrowing down by zooming etc etc - unfortunately it is available only for hardware manufacturers for bundling.

There are some other browsers with features similar to Safari in works too and I think that this last gap will be filled soon.

Sorry for continuing the OT here, but that's good to here. Are there any devices with Picsel Browser ? Any pointers on these other browsers ?
