Before BlueMouse, Pocket PC Owners could only use the ThinkOutside solution, and their driver is buggy.

Now with BlueMouse, any Bluetooth Mouse can be used - this is the difference, including Notebook models from Dell, Microsoft, Logitech, etc. The news says that also keyboards are supported, meaning that you can move the mouse and have the cursor on the Pocket PC but also use the keyboard to enter text for emails, and other things.
